The vision of The Ark Project is to have the participants share a well defined problem statement in the Discord community.
The members of the community will then swarm around the problem and try to make the following determinations a) has the problem already been solved?
b) is the required solution discussion only or do we need to create / procure additional resources to address the issue?
Solutions and resources linked to all resolved issues will be vaulted and made available to everyone.
When a new member joins the community, they are encourged to sift through the existing resources before posting their
question. However they are welcome to ask questions if they need to find their way around. A solution may be revisited if a
new edge case is discovered which wasn't previously addressed.
If its determined the issue being reported is indeed new and needs to be addressed, the community
will then assess the problem and determined whether it merely requires a discussion or whether a more
comprehensive approach is needed which might include resources and manpower. In case of the former, the
community will form a separate dedicated discussion thread for the issue. In case of the latter, see Step 2B ii.
If its determined by the community that a problem requires more than just passive discussions in order to formulate a solution,
it will evaluate the requirements of the solution and seek out the help of volunteers within the community who are best suited to
help build a possible solution. For the initial phase of the project, these efforts may simply be limited to ones that require no
monetary input (think technical e.g. building of websites, writing of ebooks etc). Other avenues will be explored once the Community / Project grows.
